Our in-house Technical and Sales teams boast years of experience designing heating systems for various properties, from domestic dwellings and large extensions to schools, offices, student accommodations, hotels, and beyond. Simply provide us with basic drawings and specific information, and our team will swiftly process a detailed product specification to determine the most suitable heating and hot water solution for your client’s needs.
At EHC, we’re committed to providing our AHCs with full field support to help you secure profitable business successfully. For large-scale projects with multiple EHC products, our highly trained Sales Team will join you in visiting potential clients, assisting you in securing project specifications. They’ll also ensure that the requirements of the specification are supported during and after project completion.
To help you win contracts and reward your loyalty, AHCs receive an additional discount off the standard Trade Price for all products (excluding Boiler/Cylinder Packs and spare parts). As you progress through our tier system, you’ll unlock even greater discounts and exclusive benefits.
As an AHC, you’ll have the opportunity to become an EHC service engineer within your preferred postcode area. This exclusive position grants you the ability to offer our Extended Warranty Schemes, setting you apart from the competition.
If an EHC customer experiences a product breakdown within your postcode coverage area, we’ll issue a job card to you as the nearest AHC to undertake a full warranty repair. EHC will supply the necessary parts, and cover the agreed hourly rate, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.
EHC is dedicated to supporting the marketing initiatives of our AHCs, helping you promote our products and grow your business. Our successful past initiatives have included local advertising, regional competitions, and leveraging our national marketing campaigns to promote your business through local and national press. As an AHC, you’ll have access to personalized Product Literature, Posters, Regional and Local Advertising in shareable PDF format, and printer-ready materials. As you ascend through our tier system, you’ll gain access to even more exclusive marketing support and co-branding opportunities.
