We are pleased to announce that our Slim Jim package has been very successful during the month of January.
If you weren’t aware, as of 1st January 2013 new government legislation dictates that all gas boiler systems with a hidden flue must have inspection hatches fitted to allow engineers to inspect the system and ensure it is safe. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the engineer turning off the boiler (with the consent of the owner or landlord) and advising them not to use it until inspection hatches have been fitted, where possible. If the gas boiler and flue is condemned this does not mean that the system needs to be condemned.
