Throughout the COVID-19 outbreak the Electric Heating Company are mindful of our duty to keep our existing heating installations operating within these unprecedented times. We endeavour to handle all emergency enquiries where possible within our reduced business capacity.
Our Technical Support Team remain on call to answer any emergency enquiries and can be contacted via our telephone number (01698 820533) or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our emergency support service does include the dispatch of replacement parts that may be required to repair existing heating systems – However the parts may be delayed slightly due to courier demands/requirements.
