Electric Radiators – Installation Details
EHC radiators are supplied with wall mounting brackets as standard for easy installation. Once fitted they can be easily removed for decorating purposes. Castors or feet may be purchased as an accessory.
All radiators can simply be plugged into a standard domestic wall socket or spur wired into your existing storage heating sockets.
Spur Wired Installation: The manual control radiators can be controlled by means of both time settings and temperature by connecting your wiring from the spur to the EHC Control unit, which will be located at your metering position.
Domestic Wall Socket Installation: The manual control radiators can only be controlled by means of the thermostatic control (TEI 1) which is located on the side of the radiator.
The radio frequency control radiators can be controlled by both time and temperature control. This requires a wireless programmer. A separate programmer will be required for each radiator.
